Pat's Blonde Ale - All Grain - A big favorite among the ladies.
Honey Wheat Ale - All Grain - This is the beer I use to convert megaswill drinkers to homebrew.
English Pale Ale - All Grain - The Dry vs. Liquid Yeast Experiment
American Pale Ale 2 - All Grain - Hop heads delight, hoppy, bitter and luscious head. Very similar to a SN Pale Ale
Czech Pilsner - All Grain - My first Lager
Eamstay Eerbay - All Grain (California Common) - If you like Fritz Maytag's beer, you will love this one.
Pout - All Grain - a.k.a. P&S Stout, but an excellent Porter
Fanito Ratonito Stout- All Grain - A very nice stout with a strange name and a "tail" behind the name.
Pat's Porter - All Grain - An excellent Porter to spend the long cold winter with.
Aletoberfest - All Grain - An Oktoberfest brewed with a low temperature ale yeast. Roasted grains too, yum yummy!
Our "Convertible" ales
In our never ending battle to help convert megaswill drinkers, we offer these recipes. They are all a bit less bitter but all have great flavor and medium to light body. We have found that most newcomers into the real world of beer prefer a little less bitterness, until we hook them that is.
Knewt Ale - All Grain - A very nice yellow/gold medium bodied European type ale. Very well liked by all who tasted it.
Red Convertible Ale - All Grain - A very nice red/amber ale. Very tasty, malty with a great hops flavor.
Blarney Beer - All Grain - Another lighter bodied beer with a good hoppy flavor. Brewed for st. Patrick's day of course. Perhaps a bit of green food color?
Down Under Ale - All Grain - A nice light bodied crystal clear yellow beer. The Pride of Wringwood hops are excellent. A take off of our Tasmanian Ale that we can't find the recipe for.
I have personally made all of these beers (most of them more than once for fine tuning) from variations of other proven recipes as well as some of my own original concoctions.
I guarantee that all of these brews make for excellent drinking.
