Boil
2 tsp Irish Moss 15 minutes

Procedure:
Mash in at 152° F for 75 minutes.
Added ~1/8 cup distilled white vinegar to bring mash pH to 5.2.
Sparge for 60 minutes.
Add First Wort Hops at start of sparge. Great flavors from this procedure.
Full boil for 60 minutes.
Hops additions at 60, 15 and Flameout.
Chillzilla used to chill wort to 70° F in 20 minutes.
Aerate with pure O2 for 30 seconds.
Pitch yeast, ferment in glass carboys for 16 days at 70° F.
No secondary used, to kegs and seal with 35 psi CO2.
Chill at 40° F for 4 days, drink.

This was a delightful beer.
Everyone has asked for this one again.
A nice very light yellow color and crystal clear.
Good medium body with a nice touch of bitterness, not to much though.
I really like these Pride of Wringwood hops, I've used them in the past with great results.
In fact, I just ordered a pound of them from Freshops to make a batch using them only.
Another winner! This will be brewed again and again.
