Finally got the machines running again after the move from San Diego and getting the garage somewhat in order. Web site is open again and if any one needs foot peg brackets or anything making please contact me. Des.

Fixing the mill at the moment, some stuff got damaged in the move and have to get it fixed before i can finish assembling the mill .

Not got the mill fixed yet, so many other things get in the way of getting it done.

The base got cracked the day i bought it from my friend, i trusted my help that the rigging was good and it fell about 2 foot after the chain slipped . The mill hit the floor and split the base and my friend whose mill it was almost fainted. He was a retired work mate of mine and knew it was going to a good home. I've since bolted it all together with 1/2" steel plates and 1/2" x 20 bolts and have sent it to be brazed as well. The repairs are under neath and once the braze is ground flat and repainted it'll be like new. Sad part is that he died last year but i'll call his wife to let her know it's fixed.

Milling machine is all fixed and operable and ready for orders. In the process of making tooling for UPS that removes and installs new steering bushings on the nose wheel of an MD-11 airplane.

Away again in Nebraska for about another month, Will make some more brackets when i return. Hard to believe i’ve been making these for 10 years and people STILL want them.

Been back home for 2 days and have been looking through e mails. 2,500 left to go.. Anyone needing a kit please let me know. I have to order more blanks and start getting caught up.

Went to order more blanks from my old supplier in San Diego and was told they had ''lost" the files for cutting them out due to going to a new computer system. Have located a new supplier and waiting on quote for blanks.

Been up n running and sold at least 10 more kits in the last two years. good job i don't rely on this to pay the bills but have been doing some different work for a neighbor. AR 15 80% kits.
