Hi guys, I am in need of a new passenger pillion bolt, but cannot find one for sale anywhere. I've tried numerous sizes from random hardware stores, but haven't been able to make one fit. do any of you know where I can get a replacement? Newbonneville used to sell them but not anymore.

I turned them on my lather but you can use 2 washers, a spacer ,and a bolt all available at the hardware store. I am assuming you mean the one at the back of the drivers seat that holds the front of the passenger seat. The one at the back of the passenger seat is just a standard bolt. I would use stainless.

A regular bolt could be used to replace that one, I would imagine he means the slotted one hetween driver seat and passenger that holds the front of the passenger seat.

If you mean the one between the rider & the passenger, then an 8mm x 20 mm should fit, the lower one should be a 6mm x 16mm.
Good luck.

i believe the bolt housing is stripped. It cannot hold a bolt. The back seat comes loose after a few minutes. for a hole that's been drilled into the rear fender, what would the best idea be to fix this? I wonder if this is too shallow for a heliocoil? That said, I've not installed a heliocoil before so I can't say for sure.

Run a bolt up from underneath and put an acorn nut on it. It is possible to replace the nutcert but , to me, nut worth the hassle.
