Road trip! Headed to Maine to grab a lobster then head home. At the end of day 2 on the road, I'm laying in my hammock at a roadside rest area near Keysers something or other. Gettysburg tomorrow morning then working our way north. So if you see a Rocket 3 Touring that looks like a gypsy owns it, flag me down.

Cool beans! Hope you enjoy your trip. Was up in Maine years ago on an old Hinkley Triumph, froze my butte off! Never did have any of that Lobster. Hope you do better!

Awesome trip so far. Yesterday we spent a while at Gettysburg. We made camp at Locust Lake State Park north of Allentown, Pa. I would recommend it if you are close. Today we rode the upper Delaware River area and the Catskills. Made camp tonight at Molly Stark State Park in Wilmington, Vt. Another beautiful park. Tomorrow we will make it to Maine then start back down the east coast.

Sounds fun Charlie. Isn't it kind of hot out there? Heat wave and all. Take some dang pics with your phone.

The lobster was amazing! Back in New Hampshire crashing at Rob's. Missed him at the Georgia rally. Time to catch up.

Had an awesome evening enjoying the hospitality of the Johnson's! Our BA family is wonderful. What's not wonderful is getting to Coney Island! 2 hours to go 23 miles once we hit the good stuff. A Nathan's bacon cheese dog made up for it. Made camp at Cheesequake State Park in New Jersey. A hot shower, a healthy coating of off, and the cool breeze under my hammock. Life is good!

What a great trip! 4100 miles, rode in 24 states, 8 days, 2 BA.com households visited, an unknown quantity of gasoline vaporized, and a whole lot of this beautiful country seen with my own eyes.
I can't wait to see where the next road takes me.
