Hey all, i need a wee favour from any brothers or sisters in New Jersey -- around the Absecon area specifically . What i need is a bottle of Scotch picked up and shipped to my mail box in Washington . Would of course pay upfront , via paypal , for bottle and packaging and shipping etc. appreciate any help . Been chasing a bottle of this stuff for a while now. Finally found one , but they cant process Canadian credit cards (typical of my luck ) anyways would appreciate any help , thanks .

Just FYI , shipping alcohol via the USPS is prohibited. Since the USPS can't insure that it will be "received" by an adult of legal age, they won't accept it. BTW, it's done quite a bit and nobody inspects packages as long as they don't break open or look suspiscious (i.e., BOOM!).
Soooo, if you do it, don't tell the window clerk what's inside!

Thanks Hermit , didnt know about the USPS not delivering booze . I know that some states dont allow alcohol to be delivered ,taxes purposes i guess. Never had booze shipped but had plenty of other things , bike stuff mainly , to my PO box in Washington.

Kevin, supposedly several bottles are at Linwood Wine Company,102 Linwood Plaza, Fort Lee. i have found a few other sites claiming to have it in stock, well their sites do, but ive called them and they all say "sorry outta stock". LWC says it has several bottles but they dont ship out of state so i didnt even bother calling them . Two Wheel n ,Whitehorse had one confirmed bottle ,but wouldnt hold it for me as he couldnt accept/process my Canadian credit card over the phone ,so close yet so far ,oh well. i could buy it at several auction houses or off ebay but they are asking silly prices and sending it over from Europe is expensive too.

Celt, I'm going to nose around up this way. I'll let you know.
BTW, for Christmas my wife got me the 2013 Midleton. We now have 2000-2013 on the shelf.
