Fried egg( over easy),slice o Black puddin (fried ofcourse) ,2 rashers of best ayrshire bacon(fried lightly on each side) and a tattie scone (fried till crunchy ootside ) on a buttered (real& salted) mornin roll(not fried) and hp sauce but only on the second one .

Now you're talkin'! I put molasses, brown sugar, and mustard in my meatloaf among a few other things. Everyone here loves it, just messing around and wanted to make it different opne day so decided to try it and it was GOOD.

When I was wee, Spam cost the least ration points, so it was the subject of a lot of creative cooking. My mother used to grind up spam, pickles and onions to make a really tasty sandwich spread.
My grandfather, on the other hand, was a great fan of the sugar butty.
