Finally decided to set up an official community page on Facebook. So if you're a Facebook user, please sign on and give it a little "Like." http://www.facebook.com/pages/BonnevilleAmericacom/157297730993049  Currently I've set it up so that new blog posts from the homepage, as well as any stray Twitter posts, will hit the facebook page. So if you "Like" it you'll get those updates in your Facebook newsfeed. Carry on...

This is not to take away from the two groups on there, I just thought we needed something "official." And I can't automatically post blog articles from the homepage on those groups (even though I "own" one of them). It's more of an exercise in automation.

Thanks for putting something on faceook that may cause me to want to look at it more than once a month.

What's the purpose? Will it dilute the attention on this beloved site (God forbid)?
I was on Facebook, but never used it except for agreeing to being everyone's 'friend' (except the ex - she can burn) - never visited my own page or anyone else's - seems to be the domain of women and 'metros' - they can have it.

Nope. This is the mothership. Facebook, Twitter, etc. are all about networking and pulling people here. This will always be the headquarters. But since so many people here are also there, why not give them a place to link up to there.
Plus, there's no censorship filter on Facebook. And the AUP is very different...
