This is a chopper that I built for my identical twin brother. He sold it 5 years ago to buy a Thruxton. He didn't want to sell it but I assured him that we'd build him another one. Sadly, he died right afterward. I always wished thatn I still had the bike that I built for him, the one that won many shows and held so many memories. I bought this bike back over the weekend, virtually unchanged.

My ape-hangered Speedmaster was also his bike. Those are the only 2 bikes I'll never part with.

As others have said, that is a beautiful bike, and you must have done something right for that bike to come back around to you. Congratulations.

I believe British Iron is having a rally over in oxford this weekend, would be great if you brought it over there.

Awesome looking bike, well done on the build. Love the Invader wheels, where did you source those?

Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother.

I purchased them seperately on Ebay. They show up occasionally for Triumphs, generally listed as something else but the discerning eye can spot one in a decent photo. I have built two show quality Triumph choppers using Ebay invaders and I've thrown several right in the trash. They say you've got to kiss a couple frogs...

The tank is a 60's vintage aftermarket, maybe Mustang?
JP Cycles has a similar one check them out.

I am sorry Paul for the loss of your brother. I can see how important this bike is and how much it means to you.
It is a credit to you, a fine work of art. Your brother's memory lives on through it. Respect.

Thanks for the offer but yes shipping would be a killer, plus I need to get some good miles out of my current rear wheel given how much I spent getting a brand new Harley 16" rim laced to the Triumph hub with custom made stainless spokes!
