Anybody know of a dealer with a good supply of service parts for our bikes? I'm sick of my dealer taking 3-4 days before they even order anything, then having to wait...and wait...and wait!!! I need an output shaft seal. Can't seem to cross-reference it to anything else...

I'm sure you tried Bike Bandit. Hey, it's Friday afternoon, give everybody a chance to get home from work and kick back a little.

there are no dealers with parts. However, if you use a dealer located close to Newnan, then you should be able to get your parts a bit faster. Living in Florida, I use Second Wind BMW/Triumph out of NH. Joe Liebke. 603-598-2697 go figure. Or Bike Bandit if I really want to wait. Sometimes you will get lucky with a dealer having parts: as in lotto lucky. And now it's neigh on beerthirty...

I live in NH and second Second Wind. Family owned and great folks. Always got my parts as speedy as possible.

Most of the parts I've gotten from dealer inventory had someone else's name on them; ordered and never picked up. Nobody stocks anything anymore, ties up too much capital. Even the local auto parts. Often only one of their stores in town has what I need.

Hermy has quite a few parts in stock but the distance means it still would take some time to get to you.

My dealer stocks parts, but if they fail to have a part they get it in about 4 days. They order from Triumph twice a week and get shippments twice week. If they fail to get the part it is because Triumph has it backordered. A week ago today, my brother and I ordered different non-stock parts for our Triumphs, I pick mine up at lunch Thur, my brother's are backordered.
FYI Bikebandit is a good alternative for folks with no dealer close by, but they don't stock parts, they order them from Triumph just like dealers.
As for output shaft seals, I can't believe a dealer doesn't have one in stock. Good luck.
