Morning guys. I just managed to find all the fittings I need to attach the oil cooler to an '04 America motor. Among them are an assortment of banjo bolts.

I'm just beginning to learn how to wrench my own bikes & haven't dealt with 'em before. Do I need to align the holes in the bolts with the corresponding holes in the flange they go thru in order for them to work properly or will they work fine regardless?

Thanx peeps.

No, the flange should be under cut(or the bolt),inside to allow the oil to flow.

be careful not to break the banjo bolts, they break fairly easily.
