Hi guys! been a long time! I hope you're all still awesome. I am!

I'm wondering if there's a good place to get wires for the 03 America. I used to get them from Newbonneville, who doesn't have them. Not sure what else is out there. For some reason, British Customs won't sell to California. Could any of you recommend a website or store where I can get some simple spark plug wires easily? They still make em right?

Also, I think I have a malfunctioning coil. Looking for best way to troubleshoot before I drop hundreds on new coils. I haven't ever messed with the coils. Could any of you techs out there give me some pointers n how to troubleshoot?
Thanks all,
-John

Swap the wires from side to side both the plug wires and the wire to power the coils up. This will tell you if it is the CDI or the coil. If the problem changes sides its probably the coil.

Heck yeah! Forgot all about Fasteddy! Great site. Thanks guys. This is the best MC site. I've been using it for 20 years. BA riders are the coolest most helpful folks. I've never NOT had a problem solved by these forums (and quickly too)! Thanks as always dudes.

Definitely will. I think the mechanic used some cheap $30 coils a year or 2 back. Word to wise. Don't bother with these.
How about the Blue Flame vs. the OEM? anyone have experience with the flame coils?

You won't notice any difference on a stock engine as long as the coil is functioning properly.
