 Prestone Synthetic Brake Fluid

I'm not sure what kind of brake fluid came in my 2006 America but all I can find lately is synthetic brake fluid. It even says it can be mixed with any DOT 3 or 4 fluid. I thought you couldn't mix synthetic with non-synthetic? Can you?
'06 America, Raask foot controls, the bike use to be Graphite and Silver, now its Red and Black.

Yeah, I'm confused about that as well. Was always told to never mix synthetic with "regular" brake fluid. Now all I see is synthetic. Worked on the brake of the GT6 last spring and drove all over to find brake fluid that didn't say synthetic.

Castrol Girling is also synthetic.

I'm not aware of issues mixing synth and non-synth of the same grade, however do not mix DOT 3 or 4 with DOT 5.

Yeah, and THAT'S the thing. Dot 5 used to be clearly marked "synthetic", but now they ALL ARE!

DOT 5 was/is silicone based, the others
