Did you ascertain it's even Metric? It looks like a starter body bolt, or even a small car alternator bolt. Flange headed bolts generally are part specific, such as I mentioned above.

What size is it? You have nothing next to it to scale from, put a quarter, dollar bill or a ruler next to it.

Scale is important since it looked like an axle bolt to me when I first looked at it.

If its small (a few inches maybe) and based on the shape and amount of grime on it Id say a lower case cover bolt. Could be from either side but Id check the chain cover first then move around the bike from there. A similar bolt is used at the foot controls as well (shifter side).

It looks like it could be a brake caliper bolt? Yes size is important.

probably just vibrated loose from a passing HD.

It's about six inches long. Sorry, did not think to put tape up to it. I cannot figure out what the heck it went to. Lawnmower? Snowblower i left for the ex? . No biggie. Will figure it out in time. Hopefully ise donts gets hurted when i do. Thanks for replies.
