That would be the German Triumph company, not the British company we all know and love. Triumph TWS, I believe was their name. They made bicycles.

That looks like the German DKW engine, of course after the war many manufactures used the DKW design for their own tiddlers. The spoils of War. Harley, BSA and I thought our own Triumph all used this DKW 2 stroke design.
