It's with a heavy heart that I let my brothers and sisters here know that today my wife's brother passed away. After a very long and courageous battle with Pancreatic cancer.
I've known this man for 40 years. We were buds long before I started dating his sister who later became my partner in life. He is my friend/brother and was one tough sob. This guy was diagnosed and under went cancer surgery to remove the tumor almost 3 years ago. He never complained, never ask why just fought that demon with everything in him.

I'm sad for you brother. Happened to me, too, years back. The first family holiday is tough but they get better and time is a fantastic healer. Keep those good memories on top, those funny family stories really reduce the sting and laughter is still the best medicine.
