Congrats!! Being a Gma is the best. I just got back from spending 3 weeks with my 4 yr old granddaughter. It was wonderful.

Congratulations and welcome to the Granny Club. We have 4 Grand-daughters under 4 and thoroughly enjoy our days minding them. The best fun, is that you play all day, wind them up, then send them home. Great feeling of satisfaction to know your children will get some of what they gave you.

congrats to you and your family i have found that the coolest thing about being a grandparent is that, the kids love you no matter what uncondistionaly. when you are a parent your kids have times when they hate you, they stomp off cussing under their breath about how mean you are or sometimes mom might say wait till your father gets home and when he does they run and hide. but as a grandpa they alway come running when i pull in the drive or when they come here its seems that they cant get out of the car fast enough, arms stretched wide yelling GRANDPA!!! I LOVE THAT!!!! so being a grandparent makes raising your kids seem worth the bumpy road traveled to get there. when my son handed me my first grandbaby, i remember thinking "ohhh i get it now"

I guess the good thing about being a grand parent is you can hand them back which the technical bits need sorting. Though you look like you got it all under control.

I never knew what the word "Love" meant until I had children. Having grand children was like learning it all over again. Ours are 18 & 36 months, so they're old enough to walk & play. One is with us full time and the other is here daytime weekdays. I call this "Babytown" and I'm not complaining.
