Legal Disclaimer : this is my Opinion it does not reflect the Views of thei Forum or its Management ... Ok get ready for the Rant Well since I posted a review on their website about the HORRIBLE product and SURPRISE it never posted I figured I would warn others before they make the same mistake> You know i think i'm pretty savvy about fraud and stuff or at least I think I research before I go buy something. And I asked the company why there were no reviews. their answer was "Well its a new Product...." I really had high hopes for these I purchased the XL Series Large Fiberglass Saddle Bags with LED Tailights and Side Markers. Model RIDE XL. So they arrived in 6 days and It's funny because i had Fasteddy on the phone when they arrived,,, I think I burned his ears with all the cussing... Anyway : here is my review Both bags have sloppy workmanship, The bags were never cleaned and prepped properly before the paint was applied. There are dents in the fiberglass there are divets in the paint and pitmarks. the cracks run a slant on the front from top on the one bag , the other bag has hairs or something under the paint white lines where the spray was ununeven and parts missed. I can't believe the workmanship wasn't checked. I had high hopes for these bags, So far the porduct is SUB standard. For the amount I paid I expected a fair product. This is far from it. The company FINALLY told me I had to send them back and I had to pay for the shipping !!! Currently PAYPAL is looking into my Claim for Fraud. my opinion DO NOT BUY from this company, they are less than honest and helpful, unless its to take your money and give you a run around !!!! Feel free to share this info with others as you see fit. End Rant ....

Just so you don't feel alone, I bought Tsukayu hard bags direct from the source with chrome luggage racks. One of the racks was rusty. Not a little rusty - missing chrome plate rusty. I figured by the time I dealt with a company in China over $50(?) worth of trouble, my blood pressure would go Alaska Pipeline over 800 fathoms and so I let it go. I figured it would be like a conversation DMV, AT&T & Dell Computer of Austin, India all in one. The Chinese love us. After all, we sent Nixon in first to do shots and make nice. Who wouldn't like that? "Zhou, you make me feel like a silly little school girl"

They don't offer any contact except by email - no phone or address . That tells me they don't intend to operate with integrity. At least the site that Clay found stocks some of the same line (cheaper) has a phone number and address. Scum...

+1 on the part about being able to contact them. Always look for an address. And a phone#. None of those? the tab gets closed...just saying. red herring and such.

Martinsun, AT&T.
Yesterday I called them (real hard to find the appropriate # on their website) to ask about dsl. Gave the lady my full address. She says it will $. I say how much after tax. She says that depends on the state you live in. Huh? Mame, I just gave you my full address. I am sorry sir...click. (that was me hanging up).
Whenever I have to deal with bigbell my blood pressure rises while dialing. Or should I say while pushing buttons?
"Zhou, you make me feel like a silly little school girl" Priceless!

YES I feel like a dun der head .... It was amazing ... when I had contacted them for inform on purchasing they responded Very quickly and nicely ... I got quick responses, and the customer support was nice UNTIL >>>>> Then afterward .... I was able to do some extra "probing" { thanks to my computer forensics Cert} and from out all addresses spoof into into a single webAddie....
In was good practice but Jeeze i didn't think I would have to dpoule / triple check EVERYTHING ... The good news is I got a update from Paypal they are prusueing my and some other complaints..... Karma ...
