Anyone know where I can get hold of these . Its not for the protection side of life just a simple rebuild job for a set of cvks on a project

Any good Auto parts will have all sizes. They are essentially for carb vacume outlets on auto carbs to. Just ask for rubber as most places sell the cheaper plastic type hth

Still auto parts! But glad you put that up edge, could be useful, if i'm wanting to wait for a period.But as you say ..to my way to thinking and use over the years,"vinyl" is not good as rubber.........it expands out of shape and don't hold a tight fit, like rubber does!  And plastic and rubber are all that are made.Also "ANY" rubber breaks down over time "ANYTIME" its realated to a heat source nearby!! jmo bob s

what size do we need?
Take an old one to the parts store, harley shops will even have them .Like i said,... take an old one down and match it up. buy 6 of them and your good to go. hth

you can also run a piece of hose from carb to carb will do the same thing ..I think it works better balances the carbs out...

I've had good luck with the thin wall vinyl caps
And the best part - I was able to buy them one at a time,
just like the 'olden' days...

The nice thing about vinyl caps is that you can get them in colours You can slip the vinyl over the rubber ones (double protection  )

Just synced my carbs and measured the nipples the condoms fit on. (this thread may get locked yet!  ) Nipples measure 1/4" at small part...below the bulge. inside of Condom measures 7/32"  It appears that 7/32" vacuum caps are far and few between so I reckon 1/4" would be fine as it's only .0322 bigger...and they are readily available everywhere. this 25pack of 1/4" by 9/16" EPDM rubber caps at CF should work great...  I'm gonna order a box so I never have to worry about it for a long while.

I had a problem with the spring clip, so i used a black nylon tie-wrap and nipped off the excess. Also, i shortened the tube 1/8". This guy's put a lot of thought into it and has a very good set-up.
