I always liked the Ford Red and Chevy Orange for hot rods.

HERE'S a chart with some ideas from Duplicolor. Some interesting colors there. Grabber Green or Daytona yellow could be pretty cool.

Cat yellow is a pretty cool color I guess. I just look at way too much of it to be objective on that point.

+1 for Chevy engine orange. I'm a big fan of a "famous" orange charger... Or Cummins red. I would never go CAT yellow. As my pappy always said "never trust a mechanic with an electric lawn mower or a diesel engine with spark plugs" LOL

I would go with either Hemi orange, slant 6 blue or Flathead silver.

No worse than the others I guess. We pick on 'em all. Like sCAT, Komatsukazi, Fat Alice, etc. I won't even start on JCB, New Holland, and Terex . Sorry 'bout the jack, back on subject; I think J.D. green is one of the ugliest colors ever invented. But that's just my opinion

Whats that Triumph bright lime-green color? That would really pop.
Found it...Roulette Green. Either that, or the color of the dirt around there so it would be easier to clean.

I hope their real tractors do better than the toy ones. My 56 HP diesel Deer seemed to be doing alright, so I got the OL a $1600 lawn tractor. The POS threw a rod in maybe 6 hours. I traded it for a 72 inch mower for the big tractor when they offered to give me another. The factory is still fighting the dealer over it, but I've noticed they changed to a real oil system recently.

Oh, I don't know about that, Bill! Ya see, while I'm not any kind'a "professional color-consultant" by any means, I have to say the green on that J.Deere sign I posted earlier here...

...sure looks to me a lot like this color of "B.R.G." on these "kind'a pretty" old british sports/race cars, and I think THEY look "kind'a nice"!!!

(okay, so maybe the color on the C-type in the middle and the D-type on the bottom have a little more blue in it maybe, but like I said, I AIN'T no friggin' "professional color-consultant", dude!!!)

I've never considered BRG an especially attractive shade either. But of course it is very cool on the proper application. (Like those that you showed )
