Just an FYI to save everyone else a few hours of anger.
After starting my ride last weekend and finding that my headlight highbeam didn't work (just a bad bulb. easy fix) and my lightbar lights weren't working. I decided to take the tank off and find the problem...
If you have the triumph light bar and/or the wiring harness. And you start having trouble with the lights. If you swap the relay and it still doesn't work. take a close look at the relay before you take the whole harness apart to find a short.
The terminals on the relay that comes with the harness and any other relay are numbered the same but are NOT in the same location. If you buy a standard relay at a parts store you will need to modify the plug wiring for the relay. Or take the old one with you and get the correct Hella relay. I spent a long while stareing at my newly rebuilt harness, the wiring diagram in the manual, and my "new" relay before splicing an extra wire in to make mine work. after I had the bike together is when I noticed the other relay and how the terminals are different.
I hope this helps everyone else to keep from...
