factory battery died after 6yrs. 
we should do this every weekend!

I think you should write a nasty letter and complain! Imagine only 6 years out of a battery! Oh the humanity!

Well I hope it isn't the norm since my 04 still has the original battery in it and so does Wendy's 04.

I replaced mine on my 03 BA last summer as a preventative measure. It was 6 years old and was still in good shape. It is now in the basement as a backup. Hope the new one lasts as long.

Replaced mine just a couple o' weeks ago after the stock battery died in my 03.

I changed mine after 4 years only because i thought i should It was working fine , but did not want to get stuck somewhere with a flat battery and no kick start
