You’d get used to roundabouts (roondaboots in Canada) if you lived over here. I live 2.5 miles (by road) from my nearest fuel station.
I have to negotiate 6 of the damn things.

The first time I drove in Ireland I learned fast that roundabouts (or traffic circles as we call them in NJ) were my friend. Once I was in one I could go around in circles until I figured out which way I needed to go.
