Hello folks, I'm Matt. Have been lurking in the shadows here for a while and just registered. I've been in northwest Florida (in or around Pensacola) all my life. It does get hot here and it does get cold to me but I can ride most of the year. Have visited many places in the states but own property here and have family here. Haven't felt the need to leave. Rode motorcycles in the woods a bit in my teens, street bike to high school. Vehicles had four wheels most of my adult life. Worked in the cable TV/telecommunications business for 27 years as a technician of one sort or another. Had enough of that and have been doing very part time work while looking for better. Got back on a motorcycle in 2008. Bought a Bonneville, it felt like what I rode when younger. Got my confidence back quickly then sat on an America. Bought one of those. After several years of owning two and no longer working full time I had to part with one. I do miss my Bonneville, still love my America.
