First, anyone know of a good chromer in the los angeles area that doesn't charge an arm and a leg?

Second, i have a set of mirrors i love but the chrome is ruined. The problem is the shape is such that it might be real tough to find new glass if i were to break the glass out. So the question is, can they be chromed with the glass left in?

I can find em, but i wanted to get suggestions for a known good one, and also one that is also familiar with or mostly does bike parts.
