I removed two baffles from each of the stock pipes. Now I want to put them back on the bike. The dealer orginally added the EPCOs and did the rejetting. Do I have to worry about the rejetting or can I add the stocks?
Also, do I need a tool or spray to remove the EPCO pipes. I can imagine there in there pretty tight.
Thanks

I think it's gonna be a try it ans see thing. I just did the same, but removed short TORs. I'm not detecting any performance problems but I think I'll have to see what happens when the weather changes and I get to do some real riding. From my prospective the TOR -> Stock w/ 2 baffles gone is about the same linear distance remaining as the short TORs. I suspect the back pressure is near the same. With EPCOs I would imagine the only way to tell is ride a while, check for performance changes and check your plugs. If you're not burning lean or rich and the thing runs the same I wouldn't change. See the various posts on plug color.

Epco's can be tight to get on and off. Mine were. Nothing really you can do other than maybe heating them up a bit to expand them at the junction. Mostly just work them around as you pull and eventually they will come off. Just don't lose your cool. As to rejetting, probably wont have to. But its trial and error.

Were you unhappy with the Epcos?

I had the TOR pipes in the later straight through model and when I put on my Epco pipes I was very lean. I would think that you would be rich with your modified stockers.

The EPCOs are nice looking pipes and they sound very nice. They get attention but are too loud for me on long trips. I am just looking for a low rumble like you get on a stock Sportster. I hope the changes made to the stock pipes are not very loud.
My main jets are 125 and secondary 45. I hope this won't cause problems.

I have a feeling that your jets will turn out to be OK, if not perfect. My Epcos came with (As best I can remember) 136 mains and the engine seems just a little bit lean with the rubber bits removed from the airbox.
