I am getting ready to order a set of front wheel bearings from Hermy's, but am curious. Does anyone know who manufactures the Triumph OEM wheel bearings?

Did you ask Hermy's? I know Hermy and used to deal with his mom and dad when they had the place and they have always been helpful. I can't speak to his current employees but wouldn't hurt to ask.

Last winter replaced the wheel bearings on my t-bird. I recall that they were standard size Fafnir bearings, I ordered them online from McMaster Carr, its an industrial supply place.

The brand and part number of the bearing is stamped right into the rim of the bearing. On the front wheel you may be able to get the numbers without taking the wheel off, but will have to roll it around some, or just take the wheel off you will have to eventually.

I got the bearings from Hermy's a few days ago. They have the Triumph logo on the box and are made by Koyo.
