Splendid day here today, we went for a run up the Antrim coast, first real run since the green tins and cut down guard have been fitted to my bike. Only had one problem, the LHR indicator worked lose, I wondered why Triumph put them on so tight with nutlock

Shes a beauty!

It's not speeding till you get pulled over.

Clean and simple beauty!

I'm speeding because I have to get there before I forget where I was going.

Really nice Stephen, and that rear mudguard worked out very nicely. Oh, and I'm totally envious over the new tins... beautiful!

Can you do me a favour and take a picture from the front of your bike... I'd like a better look at the light arrangement you have there (as you may have gathered, I'm REALLY into lights).

Hey Keith, Dont you think we should have a forum topic for Lights .

The lights in question are actualy for scooters, thats Vespas etc, you know how the mods put lots of lights and mirrors on the front of their scooters, ever listen to Paul wellar these days from the Jam? his recent stuff is ok.

I purchaced them HERE. You need to page down to
Chrome 3" Marker light with peak ref 3242.

Pics, first in garage, a bit dark.

Pushed it outside.

Lights on, you have two options as they actualy hold stop/tail light lamps so you can wire up the 21W or the 3W elements. I went for the 3W as I thought the 21W was running the light a bit hot ( its small )

They are more to be seen with than see with, however I fancy a change and am going to refit these.

But I am going to try a set of these lamps
H3 26LED HERE
Dont know how bright they will be, but the current should be low, thats what I'm after. Keep you posted.

Phil, here is the tail light.

But if you check out Rear guard project here You should see more details.

Glorious scenery and much better viewed on two wheels.
Two wheels with an engine of course , nice on a bicycle for some but not me , too many hills.

A few up to date photos from a run today. I have changed the mirrors, purchased from a previous owner on this site. We now have to display our Tax disc and our MOT on vehicles over here so there is a holder on each fork leg. First picture is at Ballywalter, last two at Donaghadee, both on Co Down coast. Main stand sunk in grass the LHS of these bikes looks completley different on the main stand.

Fork lowers and top yoke are stripped and polished, just bare alloy like the standard wheels.
