I probably wouldn't have gone so high but this is not even close to my only bike. It has, however, become my favorite, hands down, I mean hands up; you know what I mean.

It just looks so clean and uncluttered with the bars that high, setting the controls and mirror away from everything. Nice ride!!

Very nice, these bikes look killer with some big apes. I'd go up from my mini-apes, but I'm afraid my small fingers wouldn't hold up on clutching. The higher the bar goes, the more you have to reach up and over to that clutch lever.
Did you see those new, all black Kuryakyn grips? They'd look great on a Speedy.
Did you great rid of that custom tank, or just change it up?

The custom tank is on it now. I should have posted the pix in chronological order. You can see the chrome rims, custom front fender,etc. And while those parts could be swapped back, ain't no way of getting a caliper to mount on the right lower leg now that the tabs have been removed and polished. I'll be doing some more work to it this winter but I've got a lot of toys to attend to and so little time.
