New motorcycle law for Oklahoma. If no traffic (early morning, late at night, etc), then you don't have to sit at the red light waiting for it to change. Goes into effect November 1st, 2010.

We now have a similar law in MO for bikes at red lights, I like!

I have one intersection one of my most frequent routes to work that NEVER senses my TBA, NEVER. I have started timing it and if after 2 minutes another vehicle does not come along to help, I just go. I have sent 3 emails to the county telling them about that intersection, but it does not seem to get fixed.

Me too, but I tell you what... I just go, much like I would at a stop sign.

This has been proposed but never passed in Maryland, stupid legislators!
I just wait, check and go at most rural lights in this area. So far I've never been ticketed, but check for the po-po before going thru.

Yeah, I have not found ANY yet that do not recognize Penny. Wide and whole lotta metal on her, other than the cowlings around the radiator, nothing seems to be plastic.

Gotta love Oklahoma! Still don't get that 3 point beer deal though.
Most of the lights here have the ground loop that you can stop on to get the light to change. Have had to just blow off a red light before. What are you gonna do, sit there all day?

Yea I hate those d@mn things.

I have no faith in human perfectability. I think that human exertion will have no appreciable effect upon humanity. Man is now only more active - not more happy - nor more wise, than he was 6000 years ago. Edgar Allan Poe

I'd better correct my statement. What I meant to say was.

The only time they think when making decisions is when they are raising their pension payouts.

Which is probably a worldwide thing anyway.

2 minutes! Wow, here in MO it states you must come to a complete stop, wait a reasonable amount of time, and not impede cross traffic. So simple, and so nice.
