To any of you guys that have disassembled the front forks, and taken a look-see at the damper rods, maybe you can answer these questions. Is the top of the damper rod a cup or a flat surface?? If the top is shaped like a cup, what's the inner diameter of the cup, and if it's a flat surface, what's the outer diameter of the surface? These questions pertain to trying to fit a race-tech gold valve emulator between the fork spring and the damper rod. Thanks if anyone can come through!
