Need a little Help...

I recently began to blow the 5 amp fuse for the tail light. When I replace the fuse and turn on the key, the light works. When I push the start button it blows...

The only things on the circuit are the tail light, speedo lights and something called the forward indicator (not the turn signals)

Got it working after Biketoberfest but is doing it again.

Anyone have this issue?

Have you made any changes recently as far as wiring goes? Installed new goodies maybe? Removed/reinstalled any components? That's always the best place to start.

Check the wireing up to the right handlebar switch module, including inside the module. It sounds like a short between the taillight wire running to the jumper block that should be the light switch and the wire to the starter button. The starter button grounds the starter relay, so it is probably grounding the taillight too.
