Oooooo...might have to have that. The one that came on my bike won't even stay in the hole anymore. Good job Brent for making all the bits that Triumph overlooked the quality on.
Are you going to make them in black?

I think you need it tested in the extreme heat of the desert southwest to truly gauge the durability of that part. I think I know someone that'll volunteer.
It was 99 here today.

This design is actually from a customer - brilliant, BTW. We can definitely do them in black.

No, no, no! Testing should be done in the hot, humid, salty South Florida climate! Definitely brilliant!

The cheap plastic item is another thing the design engineers at Triumph should address. Mine has been loose for some time.
We ought to be able to purchase a bike that has reliable little bits like this to begin with. Cheap azz cost cutting is what it is. Just a little better thought process from an Engineer to begin with would have resulted in a design that adds no more cost and a lot more reliabilty. Same thing as the cheap azz cable retainers that break before the first 30 miles out of the dealership.

They have re-routed those wires all togehter on the newer bikes so the retainer isn't even necesary. A better solution even still

I'd have said the crap thrown at it from British roads would be more of an actual test ... I can PM my address if you want Brent!

Mine had the irritating ability to work itself loose quite often until I put a few drops of gasket sealer in the hole then put the wire holder back in. Stays nice a tight now.....
NOT to take away from Brent's sales, but a solid fix for a known problem.

how about a cover with the same technology for that area on the front of the engine where the 3 crap collection reservoirs are?
that crud gets on my nerves. i've tried a itty bitty spoon, my fingers, a flathead screwdriver, etc. and i still haven't been able to get that shmutz out of there.
