I thought the group might find this interesting. I recently sold my 2014 Thunderbird Commander to a gentlemen that is shipping the bike to his brother in the Czech Republic.

So a bike that was built in the UK, purchased in Tennessee, ridden around America will end up in Czechia.
My old bike is a world traveler, and people thought no one wanted the big birds. wink

PS: Yes I have the cash in hand wink

It's not speeding till you get pulled over.

It's funny how stuff gets around now that the internet lets people see stuff all around the world.
In about 2005 I bought a '72 Buick Riviera. Had that for maybe 3yrs and sold it to someone living in London.
They drove 100+ miles north to get it from me then took it back to London that night.
The following day they drove it a couple of thousand miles to Lithuania !
I was getting maybe 9mpg so I bet it cost them as much to it get to Lithuania as it cost in shipping to get it to the UK in the first place !!
