Some of you old timers around here might remember me telling you about my buddy's fantastic collection of classic motorcycles in SoCal. He's just reworked and updated his website geared to this, and so ya might wanna check this out. Just click on one of the pictures of his bikes and it'll take ya to more pics of them and some of his thoughts about 'em. Enjoy... http://www.stsclassicmotorcycles.com/collection(...btw...IF ya might be wonderin' how he could afford such a nice collection, well, he's a nice Jewish Doctah with a thriving medical practice in the San Fernando Valley and so the guy has more money than, well, let's just say IF I had HIS money, I could throw MINE in my fireplace and burn it and wouldn't care one bit!!!)
Yep! Just like a good Single Malt Scotch, you might call me "an acquired taste" TOO.(among the many OTHER things you may care to call me, of course)

Some people have it all. Wonder if he needs someone to help ride them.

Those are some nice bikes. They represent a lot of milestones in MC history.

Hey Dwight, could you ask you friend if he wants any more new friends? I'm liking that Z1 Kawasaki. Probably favouritism though, my first road going bike was a Kwak. I like big cc Jap bikes from the 70s and 80s. I've got my eye on a 1979 Suzuki GS850 right now ...

Sweet bikes Good on ya Dwight What were BSA and Triumph thinking though? Putting those "Ray gun" mufflers on their triples.

Thank you sir. That Kawasaki Mach3 500 was my first bike, exactly that color and the launch pad for a lifelong passion.
You could wear a few of these beauties out in your neighborhood, too.

Nice! I've still got two of those. The '72 H2, and the '71 H1.
And you may see me tonight

Thanks Dwight good link. Have a big smile thinking about my older brother riding a Honda 305 Dream. It was not what you might call a good looking bike but it was his. Too bad he toasted the engine running full pin for an hour, baffeless. He didn't understand back pressure and running lean. It sounded good albeit out of sinc with the bike.
