This is horrible news. So sad to hear him fall victim to such an easily avoidable situation.

Dang shame. I met him once at a BA rally, if I remember correctly, he was a quiet fellow that sorta stood in the background.

P"Misdemeanor Death"?

What the h*ll us that supposed to mean?

I had the pleasure of meeting and riding with Will in '09 and '10, at the GA Rallies. Didn't he work for the gubment?

That's a crying shame. Misdemeanor? That must be the only way you can kill somebody and get off on a misdemeanor. Come on AMA! What are you doing with my annual dues money?

This is such sad news.
Thoughts and best wishes to Will's family and friends.
I met him last year at Chy's place. A quiet and unassuming guy.

Be safe people.

That was very funny. I have a special respect for those are willing to poke fun at themselves. In my opinion, it is the most admirable of traits, right up there with basic kindness. Will was also very kind to everyone he met at the BA.com rallies. You could tell he enjoyed being there, and I am very sorry that I didn't get to see him last year.

I always referred to Will as "the quiet one" First met him at the Northeast at the Lafayette motel...Half a dozen or so of us sitting around shooting the breeze and the conversation was only interrupted by someone occasionally telling Will to "pipe down" and not monopolize the conversation...he always greeted you with a smile and took the endless ribbing about being so quiet with a smile. A very nice guy who you were always happy to see...he will be missed.

We have lost too many folks over the years. The rallies do knit us together and these are more than names and faces.

Amazing though, the news article said he was on a Triumph Motorcycle. Even there they gave respect to our brother.

Rest in peace Will and my brothers before.

All of you, ride like they are out to get you but still ride.

Unfortunately, it is true, yesterday a friend or perhaps family member of Will's shared one of the Georgia rally pictures of Will that I had tagged him in. I just wanted to scream no!! Checking his facebook page I saw the posts and comments Will was tragically taken from his family and friends. Will is our friend and part of our BA.com and Georgia rally family, a rally brother to many and one of my Rally sons!

This is unbelievable. I just talked to Will last Tuesday. We were going to share a room for the Ga. Rally. We both were case managers for the state. Him in Nc and me Ok. He worked with people with mental health issues and I worked with people with developmental disabilities. He had the harder job. It's probably why he was so quiet. He put up with a lot at work. Like everyone said he was a nice solid guy. He will be missed. There have been too many from this site that have been killed because people in 4 wheelers don't pay attention. This has hit me a little bit hard and makes me want to park the bike in the garage for good. But I know that my friends that are gone would say "no way". Get out there and ride every day and enjoy life to the fullest. RIP Will.

I never met Will. It sounds like he was a great guy. RIP and I hope he is riding on fresh asphalt on a bright sunny day where he is now.

Rode, and talked with Will several times at the GA Rally. As everyone has said a quiet, yet very thoughtful Man. My thoughts and Prays go out to his family.

Dang, just saw a posting by Will about looking forward to seeing everyone at the
Ga. Rally. Was dated the 17th of April. Sad, I just sorta stared at it for a while.

They scare the hell out of me! It's gotten to when I approach ANY intersection, I freak out when a car approaches. Not very much fun anymore. My Triumph still in the garage....You just never know, and why take the risk?
