that is pretty damn neat but you still have to have a steady hand and an artistic eye to make it work the way it should
Always remember to be yourself. Unless you suck. Then pretend to be someone else.

I was thinking of my restorations, If I paint my BMW I am sure I am steady enough to the stock pin stripes. I can cut in against glass when painting.

I would be practicing some before I jumped on a tank or a fender. I learned years ago, that before you lay down a weld bead, you should mimic every hand/arm move you will need to make to make sure your wrist doesn't bind or your jacket binds your intended movement in mid stroke. I'll bet paint viscosity needs to be right for good results too. They have been in business since 1932, a positive sign towards a usable product.

Those things work pretty good. My dad had one back in the 60's (not sure if same mfg.). I could do okay with it, but the end result still doesn't compare to the beauty of a brush applied stripe. He could do that, I couldn't.

I've got one of those tools, It works ok for straight stuff but it still takes talent to get fancy. The magnetic tape is about a must have item, but it still takes practice. I used to use my Mack brush to stripe but I wiggle to much now that I'm old as a rock.LOL
