When I took the dogs out this morning, it was 9F outside. That's like -12 in funny numbers. With wind chill and all, it was so cold that when people talk, the have to take their words insid and thaw them out to see what they said.

LOL man that is t-shirt and shorts weather for us over here LOL, try -29C or with the windchill -40C , not that my friend is cold! LOL
