That's great news Rich, too bad Lynda can't join you. Last year a couple of us met up and rode out there from up in your neck of the woods, hopefully we'll do it again this year if you're interested in joining us.

Getting closer! I was looking at the thread and the pics from the GA rally and it got me anxious. I am definitely looking forward to getting out there this year, and I'm stoked about the itenerary.

We'll have to carry on without one of our brothers this year, as I'm sure Jack wouldn't have it any other way. It won't be the same without him.

It's not too late if anyone else still wants to join in, or if anyone has any friends they want to bring. I'll start collecting $ for the lodge in a few days or so.

I'm down to 50/50 on this now. Work has changed, and I am not getting the overtime that I was. Also, I have a company trip around that same time.

*LODGING UPADTE*

I talked to Ruth tonight, and she is going to let us rent only 2 condos, instead of all 3, since we only have 11 people. This will reduce our cost from $1425 down to around $900 for the weekend (I don't have the exact final price yet, she's sending me a new invoice.)

This should bring the cost per person down to around $80-$85 per person for all 3 nights!

As soon as I get the updated invoice I'm going to pay it, then I'll have everyone pay me via paypal.

I'm definitely stoked about this trip!

I'd love to be able to make it again this year, but we are taking a family vacation shortly after the rally for a week and I doubt it's gonna be feasible to do both.

But, I might tell the wife to buy one of those Powerball tickets this week, so you never know

Finally got Saturday off of work so I am good to go for the whole weekend. Sorry to see it is going to be a smaller group this year.

I'll be heading over from the east side of the state. If anyone is passing near there I can link up and we can ride in together. I was thinking of swinging down by Lodi and crossing on the ferry then cutting through Devils Lake state park on my way in.

I hate missing this year but it's just not in the cards. Too much going on. On the bright side, I'm employed again and will start on July 1st. I've lined up a couple side jobs right now too that I'll be in the middle of when the rally happens. I'll see all you knuckleheads next year I guess.

OK Gentlemen, I need your payments for the lodge. The total with tax is $950 for the entire weekend, we will have condos 1 and 2, which are the two on the south end of the building. We can also use the big meeting room like last year.

May be on a loaner bike from the dealer, TBird has been at the dealer for a week trying to get an electrical problem and coolant leak sorted out. While it would suck to be on a loaner, the good side of it is he stills has my old BA that I traded in on the bird...
