Here's a few pics of my new bike... its a 2005 America. Have started doing work to it.. short rear fender, debaffled (except for cone), new risers on way and AI removal. Not in this picture but have modified standard seat so that its alot less like a sofa .

Yeah.. the new adjustment takes around 1.5 to 2 inches off the standard height. I just took seat off bike, popped staples from underneath that kept cover on and pulled cover back, leaving the cover attached at the back (where the bracket for attaching to fender is) as this makes it easier pulling cover back over. Pull foam off and then shave the hard plastic seat tray. I took the outside bits off.. where the tray slopes down and the bumps that sit above the tops of the shocks then glued seat back on and started trimming with a sharp bread knife
