Hey all.
Just walked back from the dealer. There's a good thing and a bad thing going on...

The bad bit: There's a possibility that it could be a writeoff. They're not sure but the frame could be bent. Just 2 weeks after having the feckin 12000 mile service done too. The acting workshop manager may authorise an hour for someone to strip it and find out one way or the other.

Ok there's two good bits.
1) They are lending me 'my' Thruxton to go to the rally this weekend, but don't tell everyone....
2) They have an shiney new 06 America upstairs on the sales floor. I've told the Triumph sales geezer not to sell it. I've asked him his best price which was list with £500 accessories, but I don't need them. So he might be able to knock £500 off list... which if I get a good amount from their insurance...and is what mine is insured for.
Would just have to swap the tank (I really like the black and silver) and yeah...I'd change the seat!

Just wouldn't be the bike I fell in love with... but not saying I wouldn't grow to love it...

Gina 03 America - Pretty stock - except the TBS wheel... 06 America - missing, presumed in bits. With it's TBS wheel... 09 America - It's very blue....
