If I may so bold as to offer a suggestion...

If/should the insurance company and the dealer agree that the bike is a total washout, do please consider offering the insurance company a couple of pounds for your bike's seat. Its already broken in to your shape (to some extent) and if you get another bike you can then just replace the replacement seat with your old friend. That assumes your old seat is worth retaining and you get the same model bike.

Saves on a lot of BadButt soreness.
