I bought my bike from Winchester and was very happy with the deal and the sales department. I would "buy" there again, but I do question their service department.

In Virginia we're required to get annual safety inspections for our POV's (to include motorcycles). The cost is $12 (assuming everything passes) for a motorcycle. I have never paid beyond the cost of the inspection on any of my vehicles. Winchester wanted to charge me 1/2 hour labor, the cost of the sticker (expected), and it would take them a week to so me.

Went to my local HD dealership, everyone complimented the bike, and I was out the door in 20 minutes for the cost of the sticker.
