Just for grins, why don't you ask for those details in a written estimate? Getting something in writing can never hurt. Especially when they try to explain to you where exactly the fuel pump is, or why the bike is covered for 2 years, unlimited miles... oh, except for the tank!?
I've heard better things about Winchester, that's too bad.
