Peter Carleo is a customer service rep at Triumph N.A. in Georgia. There's been some mixed experiences with him; when I dealt with him initially about my oil pump gears, he immediately tried laying the blame on me and the mods that the dealer had done, and on the rat.net, one member called to complain about the broken spokes deal, and got a less than customer-oriented response. He's worth a try though, I'm sure someone has his number.
