Some oil in the airbox drain hoses is normal, especially after freshly oiling a uni filter. Part of the service proceedure is to pop the plugs and drain the hoses.
It sounds like your drain plugs are gone, and it would be a good idea to replace them as open drain hoses can allow unfiltered air into the intake.
