I do not know... the information I got on my '02 from the folks in Noonan, GA was the 29 degrees... that is also the measurement at the shop before we started our modifications (not saying your numbers are incorrect) but the numbers I had and worked with and the results, i.e. handeling, stretch figure , etc,,, are spot-on... all I can testify to is what I have and proven on mine,, no offense ,
