Mine did pretty much the same thing...firing on one cylinder = bad igniter. Hope you're covered under warranty, because that part is expensive.
I wonder what's the latest with Procom getting out an igniter for our bikes? Last I heard it was going to be towards the end of the year. Check with Brent before you fork out the money for a Triumph OEM unit.
