I ordered a back rest for my Corbin seat. I got an email just a little while ago telling me they where shipping it in a few days via FedEx. Well, FedEx around this area takes at least 2 weeks to show up and I am leaving on a 5,000 mile ride before that. I responded to the email stating this, and walla, 14 mins later I get an email from them saying they will ship UPS tomorrow. They are a bit spendy, but I have to give it to them for customer support and promptness.

BTW, if someone sees an old bald fart riding a blue BA through Utah, CO, NM, TX, AZ, NV and is packed to be making a longer run, it may be this old fart taking three weeks vacation. Begining on Sept 29

BA has Freak, 160mains, 44pilots, air mix3 1/2 to 4 turns, BUBS dresser dogs. Never had more fun on any bike - 2nd bike 2008 RIIIT

I guess you're one of (us) lucky ones. Their customer service reportedly runs hot or cold.

I have heard that sometimes Corbin doesn't respond too well, but here is the email(s) I had today with them (read bottom to top):

wow!!! I sure didn't expect a response so fast!! Thank you, great customer service. I would rather have it shipped UPS please.

Again, thank you for taking the time and attention to this for me.

I will be somewhat near San Antonio when I get to the far side of my trip in Burnet. If I decide to take the lower end on my return trip I will try and get in touch with you. Might be I owe you a lunch though!
