My Speedmaster can handle 55 watt bulbs no problem. We have around 300 watts total to work with.
According to my factory service manual, fuse 3 is for accessories on Americas & Speedmasters. The diagram is printed on the fuse box cover and here:

Fuse 1 is for "Accessory Lights" - but I'm not clear what the factory manual means by 'Accessory Lights." It could well be that's the one you want.
Forgive me for being Mr. Obvious, but, it's good to carry a boxful of extra fuses when adding lights. A 10 amp fuse can get challenged by some loads imposed upon it.
